Just started reading this book and can't put it down. Already halfway through it. I find it very convicting and insightful. I recommend it.
One thing that stood out so strongly as I read about Nazi Germany was the idea of the 2 "spheres." They believed and practiced a concept where Christ was the Lord of the Church (Religious Sphere) and Hitler was the Lord of the State (Political Sphere).
Christ should be the Lord of ALL! But how often do we do the same thing? How often do we let Christ be the Lord over part of our life and let something else Lord over other aspects of our life?
It was this concept that opened the door to the dangerous dictator. It is just as dangerous for us today.
Make Christ Lord of ALL!
