This place was never meant to look like this... A destructive force came through and this is all that is left.
I've seen lives, families, businesses, and churches that end up in similar shape, both figurative and literal... We shouldn't allow that to happen, and we definitely shouldn't allow them to stay like that.
You will minister to people this weekend who are wrecked by a destructive force that happened years ago...
Don't take it personally when they seem distracted and unplugged during worship.
Try to understand their story...
Give them Grace and Time to sort through the wreckage...
Help them see that ALL of us... even the guy on stage leading the song...
