In my years of ministry I have seen people just like this. There was no helping them because... They don't need anyone's help.

It is impossible to help someone more than they are willing to help themselves.

There is a real big trap in ministry. You cannot help everyone, because not everyone is willing to receive help.  A lot of ministries flat out waste time counseling people that are just like Sheen, in a total state of denial.

Learn how to recognize this trap. Pull the plug on it! Spend your time elsewhere. The Kingdom of God will be better off... and so will you.
