Stop Complaining... Start Creating

Pin It I complain, however I usually call it venting. I mean after all venting sounds so much in control and sophisticated and healthy.  It's not.

I'm not going to sugar coat it for you. Working ministry in a church plant I have a lot to complain about. Under staffed, Over worked, Budget limits, Facility limits, never having what you need... blah blah blah

Realizing the shortfall is healthy, however going into complaint mode becomes a waste of energy.

Complaining changes the energy in the room. It is sooo negative. It is sooo depressing. It is sooo... LAZY!

It is way easier to complain than to Create. People who sit around and complain are Lazy! There... I said it. :)

Nothing can stop creativity. Creativity finds a way around budget problems, staff problems, and logistical quagmires.
