Summer of Discipline update!

I stood on the scale this morning and it read - 189.8 pounds!

That felt great to see! I started this journey in late May when the scale groaned a 208.7.  That's almost 20 pounds.  :)


How I've done it...


  • My fitness pal - food diary!
  • Raised my activity. Running, standing more while I work, and once a week a crazy game of ultimate frisbee with a bunch of 18 year olds.
  • Eating at home more

I've been keepig up with my other disciplines as well.  More on that soon.  I'm off for an early morning run!
